Get your UK documents legalised and translated for any Spanish visa—Non-Lucrative, Student, Digital Nomad, or family reunification—without the delays or rejections that so often derail applications.

What We Do

  • Hague apostilles for UK-issued standard documents: ACRO or DBS police checks, marriage, birth and death certificates, medical letters, notarial acts and similar.

  • Lawyer certification, if required: A-levels, diplomas, HMRC letters and other specialist papers must be certified by a solicitor before the Foreign Office will apostille them. If you are not sure, purchase a standard apostille; we will advise you if legal certification is needed.

  • Official sworn translations into Spanish (or French-to-Spanish), signed and digitally sealed by translators recognised by every Spanish consulate.

How It Works

How to Apply

  1. Complete the form below.

  2. Check your email for shipping instructions (if it’s not in your inbox within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder).

  3. Send the ORIGINAL document to our address.

    • Digital copies cannot be apostilled .

    • You must send ORIGINAL documents with a WET signature.

    • If digital copies are submitted and rejected by the FCDO, a new charge will apply.

    • It is your responsibility to ensure:

      • The document has an original wet signature.

      • The person who signed the document is registered with the FCDO.

What Happens Next

  • We obtain the Hague apostille from the FCDO.

  • Your document is translated by a sworn Spanish translator.

  • We return everything to you via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Medical Certificates from your GP—Important

  • The FCDO will only legalise a medical certificate if the doctor’s signature is pre-registered with them. Nearly half of all NHS GPs are not.

  • If you supply your own medical certificate and it is rejected by FCDO, the fee is not refundable. Consider using our in-house medical certificate service if time is tight. Certificates we provide are always FCDO-compliant.

Costs & Timelines
