apostille for Spain

Hague Apostille and Translation Services

Fast Track APOSTILLE and TRANSLATION service.  The cost of 1 document to be apostilled and translated is £100 (ONLY 3-5 business days from start to finish!), and the cost of 1 document/page that only needs translating is £35 (1-2 business days).

We issue a Hague apostille for the UK documents only, it is a paper (not an e-apostille) you will be required to send your original document to apostille services in London (you will receive further instructions via email after applying below. If you do not receive an email within 15 min please check your junk box before contacting irina@gospain.co.uk.

Please note for ACRO or ICIP certificates only the actual certificate is required to be translated and apostilled, the accompanied letter that comes with it is not required to be presented at the consulate, please only upload the certificate (the page with your photo).

Medical certificates can only be apostilled if the doctor has registered his signature with the Foreign Office, nearly half of the medical certificates cannot be legalised due to this reason. If the apostille is time-sensitive please consider having a private doctor supply your certificate (see link below). Please note that the money will not be refunded in case of a rejected apostille (the work involved is the same if not more as for an approved apostille).

For a medical certificate that is guaranteed to be legalised please follow this link https://www.gospain.co.uk/doctors-certificate-request.

Delivery: Apostille will be delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery (1 Business day), translations are sent by email (PDF).

All timelines are approximate. Our service is heavily reliant on the couriers delivering the documents within the 24-hour time frame that we book, very occasionally documents that are sent get delayed or lost, in this instant, we will apply for duplicate documents and bear the costs of re-applying. We, therefore, strongly recommend that you do not book your visa appointment until you receive all your documents back.

If you have any questions please read the FAQ before contacting us.
