4. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you confirm that:

You understand that using our services does not guarantee that any visa, residence permit, apostille or other official document will be issued or approved.
You will provide all necessary documents and cooperate in a timely manner.
You will comply with all laws and regulations relevant to your application.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If work has commenced or third-party fees have been incurred, a refund may not be possible.
