Required Documents
Please upload the following documents directly via the form, or email them to irina@gospain.co.uk
⚠️ Important: Please ensure all documents are clear and legible before uploading or emailing them. If they are not, we will request clearer copies, which will delay your application.
1. Adults and children. Passport photo page (clear, full image)

3. Adults only. A passport-style colour photograph taken against a light background.
The photo must clearly show your head and shoulders. You can take it yourself, as long as it meets standard passport photo guidelines.

5. A Photo of UK Marriage certificate (for married couple applying together)
If you're married and applying for a Spanish visa—especially a Non-Lucrative Visa (NLV)—having a valid, apostilled, and translated marriage certificate allows you to apply as a family unit.
This isn’t just a formality—it reduces your financial requirements:
-
Individual Applicant Requirements - €28,800 per person
-
Married Couple - €28,800 (main applicant) + €7,200 (spouse)
So, having a valid marriage certificate can lower the financial threshold for your application.
Please note: We can only request and apostille UK-issued documents (excluding Gibraltar). If you were married abroad or in Gibraltar, you’ll need to request an updated marriage certificate and an apostille in the country where the marriage took place.
2. Adults only. A photograph of the applicant holding their primary passport.
Please hold your passport open to the page with your photograph.
Both your face and the passport photo page must be clearly visible in the picture.

4. Adults and children. Video-statement.
A short video of yourself stating:
-
Your full name (as shown on your passport)
-
The reason you need the medical certificate (e.g., for a Spanish visa)
-
A clear confirmation that you are not suffering from any contagious disease
Parents can record a video on behalf of the children.
6. A Photo of UK Birth certificate for children under 18 (if applicable)
-
Birth certificates are only required for children under 18 applying for a visa to Spain.
-
Adult applicants do not need to provide a birth certificate.
